While asking them “do you think it is ok for a 10 month baby to have no formula and drink for 10 hours?” Their answer is “we cannot force the baby to drink formula”. Looks like nothing is a problem as l ong as the baby is alive. When I asked why they did not call us, their reply was “it is common here and you did not ask”. My baby was so dehydrated, and fussy, voice was husky (can’t imagine what he suffered for such a long day). Baby refused to drink because they did not follow my request (just hold him and feed the body temperature formula).
They left our 10 month baby with no feeding of any formula or water for nearly 10 hours! They did not inform us of this until I picked him up.
